“Everything that’s old is new again” is a common refrain, but it’s true. From chokers to wide-leg pants, there are so many fashion throwbacks happening all up in my shopping cart. High-fashion designers in particular are making a major case for a return to the ’70s, which was a wild decade full of disco and revolutions.
