I hope you are enjoying a happy Saturday. I read an article on why some people don’t have happy Saturdays, or any happy days. I won’t copy the whole article because there’s a bunch of same old stuff; don’t smoke, cutback on alcohol and fast food, etc. Sure, these unhealthy habits do cause stress in many people, but so does an unhealthy lifestyle.
